1. These terms

These Terms & Conditions cover your use of friocalorsevilla.com and all the games on it (the "Service"), run under the name Frio Calor ("we", "us"). Using the Service or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

They work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Play page.

2. Who may play

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must live in the United Kingdom.
• One account per person.

We ask you to confirm your age on arrival and at sign-up. If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK, we will close it and erase its data.

3. Free social play only

• Coins are given for free: on sign-up, through the daily top-up and inside games.
• Coins, XP and levels have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or withdrawn.
• We can change coin amounts, XP rules and levels, or reset balances, at any time.
• Success in our free games is no indication of success at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

Every game is playable as a guest. If you open an account you agree to:

• give accurate details and keep your email current;
• keep your password to yourself and not share the account;
• tell us straight away through the contact form if you suspect someone else has used it.

Accounts are created and checked on our server. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, and five incorrect attempts pause log-ins for 15 minutes. If you use Google to sign in, Google's own terms also apply to that step.

5. Our games

All games are our own and load from our servers inside the page. We work to keep them available and running smoothly but can't promise they will always be online, error-free or unchanged. If a game malfunctions, the affected round is void and we may correct balances.

Game artwork, names, code, text and the Frio Calor brand belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.

6. Fair use

You must not:

• use bots, scripts or exploits to play or collect coins;
• try to reach other people's accounts, our server files, logs or systems;
• disrupt the security or running of the Service;
• send abusive, unlawful or misleading content through our forms;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account and removal of its coins and progress.

7. Breaks and closing your account

Delete your account any time from My account, which erases it from our server straight away. Player Care can also arrange a break, limits or deletion. See Responsible Play.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, if the law requires it, or if we stop running the Service.

8. Liability

The Service is free and provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise we aren't liable for lost coins, progress or data, interruptions, or indirect or consequential loss.

9. Other services

Google Sign-In and any outside websites we link to (such as support charities) are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for their content.

10. Updates

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we'll post a notice on the site for significant changes. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts.
